Personal attacks, insults, and bad faith criticism of users equipment or music will not be tolerated. The supervisor is the person who stated I would be contacted within 24 - 48 hours, but still have not heard from anyone - now 4/10/23. It took 5 requests asking for a supervisor before she would transfer me to one and then I was placed on hold. I had to explain what had transpired over 3 times and finally asked to speak to a supervisor. The person I reached spoke weak English & had DIFFICULTY understanding the numerous processes I had experienced. Don't WASTE your money as I'm now down $175 with a broken HVAC and no appointment for another company to come back out for repairs!!! My previous message was "cut off" As of now, the AHS customer service supervisor indicated the HVAC that has serviced my unit would be calling back within 24 - 48 hours and as of 8:00 PM EST 4/10/23, I HAVE NOT heard anything from the company when they were contacted on 4/7/23 By the way, I typically use the "online" option for placing a AHS service request but decided to call their 800 #. As of today, 4/9/23 and multiple calls to AHS, I'm still waiting on a call back from the last company to fix my unit. Within 5 hours, it stopped working again. They claimed to fix it but tore my HVAC door off of the fixture and left a screw out of the panel. I called AHS and they sent out another company to look at it of course with another "service fee" of $75. He placed some "cleaning tablets" in my AC drain line and on 4/6/23 my float valve started shutting down my system. My HVAC was working perfectly normal, the tech came out inspected it on 4/3/23, and indicated everything was in good working order.
